Congratulations to the newly appointed Senior Racecourse Manager for the Victoria Racing Club.

Liam O'Keeffe was recently appointed to the position of Senior Manager Flemington Racecourse, after working as Assistant Manager for a number of years.

In 2011, Liam was awarded the Steriline / ARMA Scholarship which enabled him to travel to both Singapore and Hong Kong. The trip included visits to both the Singapore Turf Club and the Hong Kong Jockey Club where Liam was able to study all aspects of racecourse management. The scholarship was awarded to Liam when he was employed at Warrnambool Racing Club, after which he obtained the position of Assistant Racecourse Manager for the Victoria Racing Club.
